1. General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These conditions govern the sale of products through the website www.giovanninisrl.it. By placing an order, the Customer declares full acceptance of these conditions.

Giovannini srl reserves the right to refuse orders in the event of product unavailability or incorrect information provided by the Customer. In such cases, no charge will be made.

Shipping

• Delivery times: 2–4 working days in Italy, courier times abroad
Check upon delivery
The customer must check:

• integrity of the packaging
Any damage must be reported immediately to the courier, subject to inspection.
